Review: Fleshlight Freaks Zombie Dildo

I’m reviewing another dildo from the Fleshlight Freaks range, a series of horror and fantasy inspired products from Fleshlight. This time I’m reviewing the Zombie, a hefty 8” long (7.5” of which is insertable) dildo. It’s much larger than the other two Freaks dildos I’ve reviewed (the Drac and the Cyborg) and has a considerable girth of about 5.25”. This review is a little late for Halloween, but in my opinion the spooky season is year round! (And, in all honesty, when using this dildo I actually had the ghouls from the Fallout games in mind rather than actual zombies.) You can buy the Zombie dildo directly from Fleshlight for just under £58.

The Zombie dildo is a sort of greyish green, with darker colours worked in to really emphasise its features. And there are a lot of features on this- there’s little tears of flesh and skin missing, and one testis is visible through skin tears on the balls. There’s a slight texture all over the dildo- which is actually little boils and spots on closer inspection- and there appears to be a pulled back but rotted foreskin. It’s an amazing piece of art, and you can tell a ton of work went into designing the dildo, but it does make the stomach churn a little bit. It does make it a pig to clean however- I’ve ended up having to use a toothbrush to scrub it out post use.

As I said earlier, the Zombie dildo reminds me of the ghouls from Fallout, so my first use of it involved a long afternoon and some really good smutty fanfiction. All that texture- it turns out- makes it a fantastic frottage dildo. My favourite points on the Zombie to frott against are the underneath of the shaft- where there’s a lot of skin tearing- or where the testis is exposed (although this is a difficult position to hold the dildo). I don’t like it as a frottage dildo more than the Cyborg, and I feel like the Cyborg works better for frottage because its texture is more three dimensional, but the Zombie is still in the running. In a way the Zombie is more intense than the Cyborg- it’s just that the intensity is focused only on the head of my cock rather than the texture stimulating the rest of it (including the hood) as well.

The curve of the Zombie’s shaft makes it good for g-spot stimulation. However, I don’t find it a good dildo for thrusting, limiting the efficacy of it as a g-spot dildo. I do enjoy the texture a lot, but it is far more intense than the Drac. It’s not quite as intense as the Cyborg, but the fact that it’s bigger than the Cyborg makes the texture feel more intense. The intensity is good- it makes me feel full, and I really like the ‘pop’ of the glans/rotted foreskin as it enters me. But both the size and the intense texture mean that while I enjoy the feeling of the texture, it’s far too much when I thrust the dildo as well. However, my partner who tried this dildo didn’t find this to be the case- he really enjoyed the texture in combination with thrusting.

The size is an issue for me when it comes to anal use. While I’m not an anal beginner, I can’t take the Zombie in my ass. I’ve tried, I swear, but it’s not going to fit comfortably. At least for now. I’m actually quite a bit miffed by this, as I was interested in seeing if the curved shaft would make prostate stimulation via anal a plus point for the Zombie. I’m sure somebody could use the Zombie for anal, and it is an anal safe dildo, but I’m not that person. Likewise, while the Zombie is technically harness compatible, in practice I don’t think it is. Even getting it into a harness was a struggle, and then it was way too heavy to be comfortable wearing or using. While I’m not particularly upset about this (I don’t think my partners have any interest in zombie pegging) it is something worth knowing.

Overall, I really like the form and concept of the Zombie dildo. However, it’s not the kind of dildo I’d personally use in everyday life. I’m not grossed out by it (although I understand why some people would be), but it’s just not versatile enough in use for me. For those less bothered about anal or harness compatible dildos (or those with more anal experience than me) I think these limits would matter less, but for me, it doesn’t do enough, and what it does do it doesn’t do as well as other toys I have- I prefer the Cyborg for filling texture and the Drac for thrusting. If you’re a huge texture fan or a huge zombie fan, I’d suggest giving the Zombie a go, but while I love owning this dildo, it’s just not the right dildo for me.
